 | | SPANISH CHAMPIONSHIP 1997 |
The Spanish ultralight championship will be held from May 1st to May 4th on the Catral landing (Alicante). Organized by the FENDA (Spanish aeronautical federation) on FAI rules, the organizing club is the Club Mediterráneo de Deportes Aéreos.
Situated in the south of Alicante, only 7 km away from the nicest sand seashore, one fly here all year round. The Club, only a few kilometers away from the historical city of Elche, has hangars and offers camping possibilities. |
To get there by car:
Take the Alicante-Murcia highway, exit 77 to Catral. Go thru Catral center, direction Dolores, and turn on an asphalt road 200 m after Catral. Then follow directions.
To get there in flight:
Earth landing 300 x 50 m, orientation l2/30, height 6 m, GPS coordinates lat. 38° 09' 508" N, long. 00° 46' 575" E, radio 130.125 Mhz. |
