SWISS CHAMPIONSHIP 1997
The Swiss ultralight championship 97 will be held on May 31 and June 1st on the La Vrine landing (see landing directory), under the ASUL (Swiss Ultralight Aviation Association) and following the January 30, 1997, rules.

Situated only 8 km north of Pontarlier in a nice and quiet landscape, La Vrine offers all year flight, as well as hangar and camping facilities.

Should the weather be bad: Competitions will be held on the June 7/8 week-end. As from May 30, 13:O0, phone number + 33 3 81 39 26 04 informs on weather.

To get there by car:
Take the national road 57 Pontarlier-Besançon. After 8 km, the dancing-hotel La Vrine can be seen. Immediately after, follow Goux-les-Usiers direction. After about 200 m, take the small road left, landing is indicated.

To get there in flight:
Grass landing 550 x 30 m, oriented 14/32, height 830 m, GPS coordinates lat. 46° 58' 41" N, long. 06° 20' 00" E.

Friday, May 30:Welcome participants.
Saturday, May 31:08:30 Ultralights ready to fly.
Check-in, pilots' control, each must show:
- FAI sport licence (AeCS membership)
- Ultralight pilot licence
- Ultralight registration card
- Civil responsibility insurance (can be contracted here)
- Passport or identity card, for co-pilot as well
- Championship fee CHF 150.-, no checks/cards
