TOWED DELTA: FLY IN SPAIN

Sète ULM is a specialist of towed deltas in Spain. A nice opportunity for good flights, on a landing which offers all required services.

From June 15 to September 15, 1998, Sète ULM ensures a permanent presence on the very nice landing of Alcazaren in Spain, allowing delta pilots to discover this region.

Pilot used to towing procedures will be towed during the best hours of the day. The number of pilots is limited to 10 per towing ultralight.

For the newcomers to delta towing, the trainins sessions start as from 9:00 AM. The use of a cart makes learning easier by allowing lying take-offs. A maximum of 2 trainees per towing ultralight are foreseen on the morning.

Outside these limits, additional take-offs are possible after 16:30 for end of the afternoon flights.

Beside delta flying possibilities, Alcazaren offers a very nice ultralight strip, including a school and all related facilities.

You will find here a camping, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a repair shop, petrol, all at friendly rates.

By car, go via Burgos (often tool-free highway). In flight, the GPS coordinates are: N 41° 22' 22'', W 04° 41' 45''.
