Held during years as an autogyro specialists' event, the Bois de la Pierre Meeting is internationalizing, and will this year be the largest European fly-in and exhibition. You will as well be able to see the only known autogyro patrol in action.

Found at about 35 km south of Toulouse, this small place, near Rieumes, as well welcomes visitors coming in flight on its ultralight strip. In addition the Fousseret ultralight landing is not far away. A good hundred gyros are awaited for this event.

Remember that the welcome is especially warm, and that the quality/price ratio of the 1998 meal provider was really good.

As this event happens during the same week-end as Gap-Tallard's Mondial de l'Air, why not got to Gap on the Friday, and then join us Saturday or Sunday in the Bois de la Pierre ?

This is a perfect place to have a deeper look at this nice way of flying, and to try gyros with qualified professionals.

To go there by car: Highway to Toulouse, then Highway towards Tarbes. Take exit 26, follow Peyssies.
